Our Approach
First, you will meet with one of our clinicians who will determine a treatment plan specifically for you. Our goal is to provide rapid relief from troubling symptoms by building upon the strengths and coping resources of each individual or family member. We believe that many problems can be resolved by short-term, results-oriented counseling. We also offer a number of skill-building workshops and emotionally supportive groups.
